Fulfilment Speed vs Shipping Speed
Fulfilment Speed is the amount of time it takes us to receive, pack, and drop off your order to the appropriate shipping carrier.
We do our very best to fulfill your order as soon as possible. Sometimes this can be as quick as same day fulfilment, though it can take up to 3 business days (Monday-Friday) under normal circumstances. During times of high order volumes, such as during sales or holidays, fulfillment speeds may be delayed. Please contact us though our contact form if you have questions on when your order will be fulfilled.
Shipping Speed is how long it takes the shipping carrier to deliver your order once your order is in their possession.
Shipping speed and delivery time is set by the carrier, and once your order has been accepted by the carrier, we have no control over how soon it will arrive to you. Faster shipping services are generally better about being delivered on time, but during times of high shipping volume, such as holidays, shipping speeds and delivery times may be delayed.
Of note, USPS First Class Mail has been known to have the most amount of shipments being delayed. Occasionally these delays can be up to 30 days or more. If your order is time sensitive, we highly recommend you choose any shipping service other than USPS First Class.
Rush Orders
Should you need your order before a certain date, please contact us to verify that your order can be fulfilled and shipped fast enough to reach you by your deadline. Additional fees will be incurred for all rushed orders.
